This file contains 4 word problems for making combinations. Students use a problem solving strategy to find all possible combinations using the given toppings etc. I use these problems to teach students how to use tree diagrams to solve problems. I also use it as a lead-in to our winter party and hot chocolate bar. This file also contains 8 task cards for early finishers or for a fun hot chocolate themed math activity!
