Stand Up For A Friend. A Social Emotional Learning Activity.

Stand up for a Friend is a quick activity to help students realize that they are not alone in their feelings. This activity was shared by Brynn Allison on her blog. The students put a check mark by the questions that relate to themselves then throw the snowballed paper out to the center. The teacher asks the questions and the students stand up if they answered yes to the questions.

This SEL lesson is a very good one to help students realize they are not alone with their feelings.
